notifications of closed rounds?

There are STILL people posting prompts to round 1. Could a mod perhaps update the post with a notice that it's closed?

(It's kind of annoying if you're hoping maybe someone's commented on your fill and it's just someone prompting and then saying "oops, wrong place".)
