OP here, great start! Using all of Theseus' old letters was an excellent way to build the background without having to spend too much time on, and I liked catching the snippets of Theseus' perspective when Newt was taken away and then when he was in the process of recovering. It was interesting to note that Theseus made a promise to kill Newt before ever allowing him to be institutionalized again, giving a hint of how awful Newt's whole experience must have been, and also that he's recruited Percival to make the same promise. I'm looking forward to Newt's actual arrival!
