Theseus loves his little brother, and did everything he could to prepare him for a world that wasn't going to be as kind to Newt as Newt deserves. Newt knows that, with absolute certainty - which meant Newt didn't fall for Grindelwald's lie.

I felt so mean writing that about the travel visa. As you will see in the next chapter, there is definitely illegal behaviour there. Your comment actually inspired me in terms of Tina's comment in the next one.
