Maybe maintaining Graves's haircut, shaving him, bathing him, making sure he's always well dressed.

The obvious sexual overtones of this would be greatly appreciated, though Grindelwald needn't dip his hand beneath the bathwater if you know what I mean to satisfy me. Just general creepiness is fine.
