Percival and Theseus are each captain of their teams with Newt caught in the middle. Being the lover of one and being the brother of the other, he is forced to cheer for both.
As for Percival and Theseus, neither wants to lose face in front of Newt so they get VERY competitive and it quickly leads to an argument.
