Graves/Newt, Newt/Grindlewald, arranged marriage, Newt wants out

When Newt reluctantly agreed to an arranged marriage at age 18, with industrial magnet Gellert Grindlewald, he thought he could handle it. His parents, and Gellert’s both wanted the marriage, and Gellert made it clear that he wanted Newt. Newt himself had had a crush on Gellert for years, so there shouldn’t have been a problem. All Newt had to do was play the loving and devoted husband in public, which Newt does to a T. The problem is, the marriage isn’t really real. Gellert made it clear he would be taking other lovers (discreetly of course) and Newt was free to do so as well.

But Newt never wanted anyone like he wanted Gellert, so had never taken a lover, and is finding it increasingly difficult to cope with Gellert’s lovers and hates his own lingering feelings for his husband, made even worse when they sleep together, because Gellert might take lovers but he’s not blind to his husband’s considerable ‘charms’ either. Divorce is out of the question due to their pre-nup so Newt is stuck.
Until Newt meets Percival Graves – Gellert’s new business associate, who Gellert is desperate to do business with. Percival is a full-on Irish Gentleman, with looks, charisma and charm to spare and even Gellert isn’t oblivious to the sparks between them. In all the years they have been together, Newt has never once strayed from his marriage, never been tempted, much to Gellert’s surprise, but Percival is so different to anyone Newt has ever met. Percival is instantly captivated by Newt, and even if he doesn’t understand or technically approve of the ‘open marriage’ he isn’t going to waste time getting to know Newt.
The pair form an almost instant bond, and flirting soon turns into something much deeper and permanent. When they finally sleep together, something changes, Newt is completely in love with Percival, and Percival feels the same. Newt finds it increasingly difficult to be by Gellert’s side, although Gellert’s lovers no longer bother him, and feels torn between his duties and his love for Percival.

Percival wants him to leave Gellert, but the marriage contract is iron-clad and now that Gellert realises it’s not just lust or infatuation on Newt’s part, he wonders if he’s been a fool to let Percival meet Newt, not to mention Gellert has grown fond of Newt and finds it more difficult to deal with the knowledge Newt loves and wants Percival, not him, because maybe Gellert is finally falling for his husband…
Can be wizard or normal world.
