Seeing as we've reached 4,000 comments in Round 1, it's time to make a new one. Same (lack of) rules apply. Gentle reminder to everyone to refrain from posting extremely long prompts, though. While no word limit will be imposed, take note that it is very unlikely for someone to fulfill your prompt if your prompt alone is already several paragraphs long and containing a number of specifications.

-The prompt freeze is over! You may resume posting prompts. The next freeze is scheduled on February 8, 12:00 AM (PST) or if this round reaches 4,000 comments; whichever comes first.
-Due to popular demand, we now have our first couple of rules!
RULE #1: No prompt must exceed 250 words. Any prompt that exceeds that WILL be screened.

Percival was the love 'em and leave 'em type and he had absolutely no qualms about seducing his friends naive, teenage brother Newt with no intention of keeping his promises of "eternal love".

Too bad for Percival that he ended up getting Newt pregnant and ends up having to marry him for propriety's sake. He puts all the blame for losing his "freedom" on Newt and uses every chance to let him know. He's also not very fussy with his vows.

So when he hears about Grindelwald sentencing Newt to death? A part of him wishes Newt hadn't escaped until he overhears his Aurors discuss Newt's lack of response to the death sentence and a little voice tells him that it's just not right.

I'm in love with this prompt. How bad husband Percival would have be for Newt to think that it's nothing out of the norm when Grindel!Percival sentenced him to death? I doubt Percival would hurt Newt physically, but emotionally? Verbally?

What happens to the kid, though? Miscarriage? In Hogwarts? ...if the kid (whom asshole!Graves ignores and never interacts with) is in Hogwarts, some people are going to be doing calculations and realizing just how YOUNG Newt was...

And there's always the possibility that Percival kept his marriage and child a secret as far as the office goes.

I guess this would be up to the author to decide.
