The reason Seraphina Picquery is so very short with Tina as she is is that the two of them used to date, and their break-up happened under fairly acrimonious circumstances when Tina lost her job as an Auror and Seraphina trusted Graves' word too much to go over his head and reinstate Tina herself, even if she did have doubts. Now they've had it proven that Tina's dismissal was purely due to Grindlewald not wanting a threat to his plans, Seraphina has some apologies to make. Bonus points for: - Queenie giving Seraphina the most terrifying 'if you ever hurt her' speech known to woman, despite Seraphina technically being her boss. And she doesn't have to say one word of it aloud. - The real Graves turns up at some point, because I love him. (Newt/Graves a plus, but not entirely necessary.)
