Super-powered possesed side, Newt lied about the bubble!obscuri being harmless

Newt lied. He doesn't keep the separated obscurus in a bubble to protect it. He keeps it in a bubble because it has the potential to possess/become a symbiote to living people - essentially giving them a super-powered 'dark' side.
