Percival is in a relationship with Newt and Credence and everything is going better than even he could have imagined. What Percival doesn't know is that he had that rare ability to get pregnant. One morning he's simply having breakfast with Newt and Credence, the next he's running to the bathroom and hurling up everything he's eaten. This goes on for several days until he finally goes to the mediwizard or witch and finds out, holy crap he's got a bun in the oven.
Percival is stunned, and then terrified because he doesn't know how Credence and Newt are going to react, he doesn't even know if Newt likes children, seeing as to how Credence did take care of his sisters. Percival keeps it a secret for several weeks, especially at work where Queenie and Tina are, but he notices that all of the magical creatures are acting strange around him, being more affectionate that usual. Newt and Credence quickly catch on that something is different, that Percival is acting a bit weird and still throwing up in the mornings. One night, while the three of them are relaxing in the case with the creatures, one of them, like the Demiguise or the Nundu comes up and basically kisses Percival's stomach. Newt puts two and two together while Credence is confused. Newt bluntly asks Percival if he's pregnant, and Percival has no choice but to reveal the truth. Out of everything he expects, Newt and Credence crying and being absolutely thrilled isn't it, but they are so deliriously happy. When Queenie, Tina, Jacob, and even Madam President find out, the pampering and protectiveness goes to a whole other level. Cue the creatures and the humans showering Percival with lots and LOTS of love and protectiveness all the way through the pregnancy and even more so when the baby comes into the world.
Bonus: I would love to see the creatures being particularly loving and protective, the the Niffler giving Percival shiny things, Pickett chirping at Percival's stomach, or even the Murtlap being tender towards Percival but growling at anyone who comes near him, especially Jacob.
