Seeing as we've reached 4,000 comments in Round 1, it's time to make a new one. Same (lack of) rules apply. Gentle reminder to everyone to refrain from posting extremely long prompts, though. While no word limit will be imposed, take note that it is very unlikely for someone to fulfill your prompt if your prompt alone is already several paragraphs long and containing a number of specifications.

So I'm thinking Newt would prolly be Vulcan, or part Vulcan? Perhaps an embassador aboard Picquery's ship?

Queenie would be an empath (Betazoid?)), Jacob prolly the ship's cook or else barkeep, Tina maybe Number One, Graves Head of Security...

I'm just spitballing, y'all. I don't care. Maybe Newt's a scrappy little xenobiologist and Grayv's is a Vulcan officer who goes into Pon Far while they're trapped together in a shuttle? Maybe Queenie is, like a good normal Betazoid girl, buck naked in the privacy of her apartments and Jacob stumbles across her by accident?

Hey guys, as someone who isn't into RPF and is supremely uncomfortable with references to RL in fiction and this leaked porn in general I get where it's all coming from and yes, I have morals reservations on bringing it up casually like it's a punchline, but IDK if you guys are familiar with the context - because of when this tape was leaked and the circumstances surrounding it, it was never really treated with the seriety it would get today (just compare it to something like the JLaw pic hacking) by pretty much everyone, up and including CF himself.

So, while I personally don't get the reasoning behind treating the whole sex tape think like it's quirky and not supremely distateful, I also get why some people would believe it's not a big deal when the guy himself brings it up in talk shows and interviews to have a laugh.
I join to everyone saying that we need a tag, but also I think acting like KM posters who bring it up are committing some kind of moral failing. We all have our principles and priorities, and shouldn't really be calling out anyone on here.

This isn't Tumblr or AO3. There are no "tags".

So there was a lot to like about the movie, but, NGL, it was whiter than a mayo sandwich on a porcelain plate full of rice. And, charming as Redmayne is, I still would INFINITELY rather have seen a Black British Newt (maybe Nathan Stewart Jarret), both because REPRESENTATION MATTERS GODDAMMIT and because it would just have made for much richer and more interesting storytelling - especially with segregation being one of the movie's themes.

So: go crazy, Nonny. How would Newt's experiences have been different in Muggle New York if he were black?

Or, best of all, racebend the whole damn movie, so Picquery is the only white character outside of the Wizengamot.

Or anywhere in between - maybe Jacob's from Mumbai? Maybe the Goldstein sisters are Korean? IDK, Nonny, just for the love of God, give me some melanin. Gen, het, slash, whatevs.

So let's assume that Newt is a half-blood wizard. Graves comes from a long line of purebloods. Newt and Graves get together and the Graves family does not approve. Percival is suppose to marry someone respectable and carry on the family name and this magizoologist he is fooling around with is none of those things. So they make him choose between his family or Newt.

He chooses Newt.

Bonus for someone running into Percival and Newt months/years later and they are still happy and in love.

Nothing is really off limits for a fill. If you want to add mpreg that's fine. I think it would be great is someone ran into Percival and Newt and they had a kid or two.

Tl;dr - The Graves family makes Percival choose between them and Newt. Percival chooses Newt.

Wide eyed and would really like Graves to be with him. Graves isn't oblivious but is reluctant (what kind of alpha would he be to Newt?). Of course, he caves and takes Newt to be his omega. (Newt's not even in heat yet; Graves was that attracted to him).

Graves is fired by the MACUSA for the whole Grindelwald or he quits himself out of disillusionment (they didn't notice he was replaced after all). What does he do with his life afterwards? Does he get drunk in the nearest bar? Does he open his own shop? Does he give self-defense lesson to certain trouble-atrracting magizoologist? Possibilities are endless.

Percival Graves = Étienne de Navarre
Newt Scamander = Isabeau d'Anjou
Credence Barebones = Philippe Gaston
Gellert Grindelwald (not the JD version please) = Bishop of Aquila

I'd love to see a ladyhawke AU set in the Fantastic Beasts universe. Maybe Percival and Newt fell in love after Newt and Tina found and saved him. Grindelwald who has grown obsessed with Newt doesn't approve. Maybe he keeps Newt in a cage during daytime before he can escape.

Only two things I'm asking is that the "Isabeau gets accidentally shot scene" is kept because I love angst and hurt/comfort and that Tina, Queenie and Jacob play a huge role in Newt's life.

Not that anon (I'm the one above who said that the reaction the prompt got was too harsh, imagine) but it's pretty plain that this is what everyone means :))

Even after defeating Grindelwald in the duel, Dumbledore didn't realize just how much of a monster his ex was until he helped storm Grindelwald's castle and found that Grindelwald had been keeping Graves as a sex slave.

Newt's dislike to looking someone in the eye and his aversion to human touch (that is not part of his family) is the result of someone playing an ugly prank on him when he was little. It's also the main reason that Theseus Scamander is a huge momma bear concerning all matters related to Newt.

After Graves is found and healed, he gets to know Newt a little better and falls in love. He quickly realises that Newt has been hurt in the past even without the constant messages from Theseus that hell is going to rain down on anyone in MACUSA even looking the wrong way at Newt.

I want to see Percival slowly gaining Newt's trust, then becoming part of his family and after months of careful wooing finally having his personal happy end.

Bonus: Newt has been in love with Graves for years hearing tales from his brother. The incident with Grindelwald was a huge blow to his ego until he realised that it wasn't Graves. Still he's too shy to make any first move towards the real Graves that is more than friendship.

I thought about Newt occasionally having sung at embassy dinners or balls in the past, always under the watchful eyes of his family because he gets embarrassed easily.

So he's forced to attend a formal diplomatic dinner after the Grindelwald incident as part of the british ministry together with his brother who is the british equivalent of Percival Graves. For whatever reason the main soloist doesn't arrive in time and Newt takes pity on the panicked musicians and offers to take over if he is allowed to do it in disguise.

The audience is smitten. Percival realised that the angel singing is the one that rescued him from Grindelwals (Think Eric and Arielle).

Fuck Grindelwald to use the dinner to launch an attack.

Graves is traumatized by the time he spent as Grindelwald's captive. He stole his face, and now he can't look at himself without seeing Grindelwald staring back. People now flinch when they see him or they look away. And what's worse, people expect he will just bounce back to being unflappable gruff Mr Graves and clean up the massive mess Grindelwald left behind. One day, when he is feeling particularly low, he grabs a knife or a razor and cuts up his face badly. That's how one of his co-workers finds him. After that they finally get Graves some help.

I would like someone from MACUSA (Picquery, Tina, a random auror or even Abernathy) to find Graves like that, but if you want it to be Newt or Credence, it's up to you.

I'd like a fic where Grindelwald respects Graves too much to rape him. When Grindelwald kidnapped Graves to impersonate him, the Director very nearly won the duel. Recognizing strength, Grindelwald offered Graves a powerful place in his organization, only to have Graves spit in his face and stick to his ideals. This leads to the biggest crush Grindelwald has ever had since Dumbledore.

Omega!Graves and Alpha!Newt make an odd couple to people who don't know them and even to some who do. A lot of people assume the opposite when they first meet and are surprised to find out their actual orientations.

But in the comfort of their own home or in the company of trusted friends and family, Graves and Newt are free to relax and truly be themselves. Grave is pushy, fussy and demanding of his alpha, while Newt is patient, giving and more then happy to accommodate his omega in any way he can.

"You handsy cocksucking son-of-a - "

"Don't be rude," Graves says, swiping up the last of his silver pens from the Niffler's pouch. He's rewarded with a stream of invectives that make him grimace, and shakes the little menace again for good measure. A stray sickle falls to his desk. "Good lord, was your mother a Jarvey?"

The Niffler's mouth closes abruptly and it treats Graves to a suspicious stare. He sighs, still holding the Niffler at arm's length by its feet, and wonders about the easiest way to summon Scamander. "You wouldn't know where Newt Scamander is, would you?"

"That motherfucking gold-stealing bastard - "

"Never mind," Graves says, giving the Niffler a dark look. He transfers its feet to one hand as he grabs his pen and opens his memo pad, which is when his office door slams open in a brightly-coloured whirlwind.

"I'm so sorry, Mr. Graves, but I seem to have lost - "

Scamander's voice trails off, his eyes wide and his face flushed, as he sees Graves and his captive. Graves says dryly, "Yes, you have."

Abashed, Scamander ducks his head and hurries to take the Niffler off Graves's hands; it insults him, his brother, and his entire family line in the process until it catches Graves's sharp glare. "I am really very sorry, Mr. Graves," Scamander says quickly, "but Bandit's a Niffler, you know, and it's just in his nature - "

"I'm well aware, Mr. Scamander," Graves says, staring pointedly at the Niffler, "but if I see that menace taking anything of mine again - "

"Fuck if I won't," the Niffler - Bandit, apparently - grumbles, and Graves grits his teeth.

"I'll watch him much more closely," Scamander says, frowning down at Bandit, who looks up belligerently. "I promise, there's no need for - for anything drastic, he can be controlled - "

Graves looks at him then, at the barely repressed panic on his face, and he closes his eyes and sighs. "Mr. Scamander," he says, "it's your Niffler I'm threatening, not you."

"Hah! As though you'd have the fucking balls - "

"Mr. Graves," Scamander says, looking shaken but resolute, "threatening my Niffler is threatening me. They're - all my creatures, they're my friends, too."

"Piece of shit pushover," the Niffler says, and Graves pinches the bridge of his nose.

"Your loyalty is commendable, but I don't think this one appreciates it."

Scamander's mouth firms. "Even so."

Graves feels himself crumble a little at that look, and shifts his gaze to raise his eyebrows at the Niffler, who wilts a little under his stare. "Well," he says, "I suppose punishment is always an option. Nifflers like to collect, don't they? Maybe a full-body-bind in a glass case, surrounded by trophies or coins or these damnable pens that keep going missing..."

The Niffler lets out an audible squeak that Graves thinks even Scamander can interpret as it ducks into the cover of his arms. "All right, all right," the Niffler mumbles, muffled, "you've made your fucking point."

Scamander's expression is odd, almost surprised, but after a blink he smiles, so sweetly Graves feels - startled, strange. "Um," he says, "thank you, Mr. Graves, I'll certainly keep that in mind."

Graves gives him a twitch of a smile. "See that you do, Mr. Scamander. Was there anything else...?"

Scamander's cheeks flush and he drops his head. "No, nothing, Mr. Graves, I'll just be - " and he scurries out the door, but not before Graves hears the Niffler's muffled: "Coward."

Strange, Graves thinks, dragging his gaze from the door and the swirl of blue coat disappearing around it, and banishes his half-started memo away.
