Seeing as we've reached 4,000 comments in Round 1, it's time to make a new one. Same (lack of) rules apply. Gentle reminder to everyone to refrain from posting extremely long prompts, though. While no word limit will be imposed, take note that it is very unlikely for someone to fulfill your prompt if your prompt alone is already several paragraphs long and containing a number of specifications.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
-(01/14/2016) We now have a TRADING POST where you can exchange fills with people. 
-The prompt freeze is over! You may resume posting prompts. The next freeze is scheduled on February 8, 12:00 AM (PST) or if this round reaches 4,000 comments; whichever comes first.
-Due to popular demand, we now have our first couple of rules!
RULE #1: No prompt must exceed 250 words. Any prompt that exceeds that WILL be screened.
RULE #2: Please state RPF in the subject line if your prompt involves real people.
RULE #3: No kinkshaming.

Graves/Newt, Newt/Grindleward broken betrothal, Grindleward wants Newt back

So it turns out Grindleward wasn’t just after dominating the Wizarding world, no, he also had a more….personal goal: Newt Scamander, the wizard Gridelwald is determined to mate and marry, no matter what or who he has to crush to succeed. He’s just taking what is his rightfully; Grindleward was betrothed to Newt, upon Newt’s birth, both came from impeccable pure blood families and were considered an excellent match in wizard society, but after Newton’s parents unexpected died, and brother Theseus took over guardianship, he had the gall to break the betrothal three months before the wedding, all because of some stupid reports of his ‘domineering’ and ‘unsightly’ behaviours and had stained his and his family’s reputation that still lingered. Grindleward is determined to get back what is his – his family’s rightful place at the peek of wizard society and his betrothed. Unfortunately Newton is now in America, far too independant and seems to have caught the eye of that pretentious peacock and blood traitor Percival Graves at MAGCUS. That simply don’t do, not at all….
