Exactly what it says on the tin.

Everyone admires Theseus Scamander, the war hero who killed so many of the enemy during the war.
Everyone looks down on Newt Scamander when he admits he didn't fight in the war. Newt never replies to them by pointing out that he spent the war patching up and saving the lives of those heroic idiots who thought "go to war" meant "find as many new and inventive ways to kill yourself as possible". It didn't matter if he saves two lives for every one his brother took, the world looked down on Newt for his gentleness until the day he used one of his creatures to restrain a dark wizard. But even then, all they wanted to hear about was the fighting.

...Except Theseus. Against all the odds, his brother understood.

Newt collapses while aiming the swooping evil and Grindelwald. Grindelwald escapes, after revealing himself by announcing his intentions to the Muggles, and with no Frank to obliviate everyone, the magical world is revealled.

When Newt next wakes he finds that the world has changed irrevocably since he lost consciousness. In the weeks since he's been aware of his surroundings, Grindelwald has gotten the war he wanted and Picquery predicted. Only it's not a straight up Muggles VS Wizards. There are FIVE factions at play across the globe (although most of them have leaders/roots in the NY Revelation):

Grindelwald and his wizarding supremists VS all muggles and the more muggle-friendly wizards.

Dumbledore, Picquery, and all the wizards who think now that the statute is broken it HAS to be muggles against wizards VS Grindelwald, and everyone more muggle-supporting.

A young German war hero named Hitler and all the completely anti-magic muggles Vs Grindelwald, Dumbledore, and all the more magic-friendly factions.

Langdon Shaw and Credence Barebone's anti-wizard but magic-friendly followers VS Grindelwald, Dumbledore, and the completely anti-magic faciton.

...And the surprisingly massive faction who view Newt and Jacob as their leaders, the Equal Rights faction who are aiming to make a world where muggles and wizards and all other sentient races has equal rights and live peacefully together. Between races like Goblins choosing their side and the number of mixed magical/muggle families (both through marriage and muggleborns) supporting them ...Newt's come out of his coma to discover he's the nominal leader of the most powerful faction of World War 2/Wizards.

idk about his animal form (or maybe a magical creature?) but maybe he originally learned it to communicate better with the creatures in emergencies? Maybe he rarely transforms so it never crossed his mind to register so it's not common knowledge... this could be a 5+1 (of any variety) or it could be a proper story.

tbh i just want super talented!newt and surprised!friends (also jacob i need jacob) could happen during the movie, after, maybe even start out before.

i'd prefer no tina/newt though, or maybe it's there but platonic? it's totally up to the filler in the end though

Aberforth never told his brother about this, but one time he was attacked by some of Grindelwald's followers and Grindelwald was the one to save him.

Basically, Grindelwald's a terrible person, but he does feel something suspiciously like guilt every now and then. One of the things he feels guilty for is for torturing his best friend's brother and killing Ariana.

Ezra and Colin are in Colin's hotel room doing some last-minute rehearsal for the scene they're going to shoot tomorrow because Ezra feels he's struggling with some part or other, so Colin suggests going off-script for a minute and doing a little role-play exercise to see if that helps

This ends in Ezra sliding to his knees between Colin's legs, begging 'Mr. Graves' to let him suck him off

(and, you know, then they bang :P)

BONUS POINTS FOR: at some point all pretext of the role-play falling apart at some point, and it's just Ezra and Colin

EVEN MORE BONUS POINTS FOR: Ezra having fooled around with guys before, but this is the first time he's let another guy fuck him

At the last moment Newt realises there's a legal loophole which can save Jacob's memories: intermarriage may be illegal in NY but they have no jurisdiction to prevent engaged or married mixed couples with a legal address in another country from keeping their memories.

So Newt abruptly declares that Queenie hasn't had the chance to hand in her resignation yet but that she's totally taken up a live-in secretarial/editing job at his place in England and since that makes Queenie a "foriegn" witch engaged to a No-Maj it would actually be illegal by international magical law to take Jacob's memories. Which is how Newt managed to ask his girlfriend's sister to live with him and proposed for his best friend before admitting any feelings for the woman he loved. Awkward.

Bonus 1: Picquery knows he's full of sh*t but let's him get away with it.
Bonus 2: When the ehm, Fantastic Four get on the boat to sail to the UK, they find Credence and Modesty hiding on board.
Bonus 3: Kowalski's Bakery does happen, but with one storefront on a muggle street and the storefront at the other end of the building in Diagon Alley. Queenie and Jacob (and Credence?) just ahve to be careful not to let any of the enchanted pastries sneak through to the muggle side of the sho.

Which would make him the father of Tobais Snape and Severus Snape's grandfather. (It's the hair.)

In which Grindelwald comes across a rare magical creature he mean to take for its useful properties ...being fought over by a group of smugglers and Newt Scamander.

Afterward, if asked, Grindelwald would insist that he definitely did not save the life of the man who ruined his US strategy because it was what Credence would have wanted. Definitely not.

It wasn't actually a magical creature mishap. It was the number of times the teachers forcibly removed him from the second floor girl's bathroom, while he insisted that he was there to find the "chamber of secrets" and unleash the "giant snake" who obviously "needs more love".

Jacob knew there had to be a reason why walking into his bakery one morning to find a giant snake-like creature didn't surprise him.

In which the occamy that hatched with Jacob misses him, escapes the case, and goes to his bakery, leading to Newt and Jacob reuniting and Jacob's memories coming back. Because occamies do not have time for silly things like Statutes of Secrecy.

so in the meeting scene, everybody knows about newt as "the war-hero's brother" and everyone was generally unimpressed...

but what if in crime rings (specifically magical creature trafficking and smuggling rings, though maybe not exclusively) newt is like the boogieman? Maybe not in America bc he's not there (though it'll probably start up there soon, too) but in other countries there are warnings of this badshit insane wizard who will fuck you up for trafficking magical creatures then take said creatures without the mercies of law enforcement (maybe he's not murdering them, but i can't imagine he'd be gentle...)

it could be from the pov of a thug or something, or from one of his friends when they hear about him/see newt in action but mainly i don't want newt being confused by this but being really fierce about protecting the creatures. while i'm not against dark!newt, it's be great if it focused on the bamf!newt bits. gen is preferred but if not, no newt/tina unless it's pretty minor please! :)

The thing about being listen to people's thoughts....

Observations ("the flobberworm, a creature with breath not unlike my elder brother's"), details of habits ("if given the chance a sexually frustrated erumpment will try to make with a human"), and comments ("the MACUSA ~~animal hating csae stealing beaurocrats~~") which did not make it into Newt's final draft of Fantastic Beasts.

"Has there been anyone since me, Albus?"
"You know the answer to that."
"But I want to hear you say it."

Newt and Credence are happily married, but a law is passed where they have to take on a third spouse. Enter Percival Graves, who was perfectly content to remain a bachelor despite the terrible loneliness. Both Newt and Credence think Percival is absolutely gorgeous, but they vow to make sure they keep their relationship with each other in tact. The marriage happens and true to their word, Newt and Credence are as loving with each other as they have always been. They just might have been a little too successful, as Percival feels like a complete outsider. He wants to get to know his husbands, he wants to meet Newt's creatures and show Credence some of what he personally knows about the wizarding world, but neither has any time for him. It starts to grate on Percival, being more or less ignored by the two men he's meant to spend the rest of his life with, to where he developes serious depression. He gets reckless at his job, taking dangerous risks, and may even start to harm himself in secret. It culminates in a suicide attempt and Tina and Queenie going full blown momma bears of Newt and Credence for not seeing what a gem they got for a husband in Percival. Make a very guilty Credence and Newt have to work to gain the privilege of being Percival's husbands, with an irate Tina and Queenie breathing down their necks. Maybe even have the creatures being angry at the pair of them to boot while showering Percival with affection when they finally get to meet him.

Idc who really, whether it's Jacob/Graves/Grindelwald/Credence/Harry or Snape, but I have a desperate need for fic where someone thinks it would be really hot to fuck the occamies' mommy while the babies are watching.

Bonus if Newt's really embarrassed (but secretly loves it) and his partner has to stop him from checking on the occamies every 30 seconds.

So this can be modern au (it might fit a bit better but who knows?) or in canon era, but basically i want someone propositioning to Newt in a bar, and when he turns them down, they say they can switch themselves up for him (guy to girl or vice versa) and Newt says he's still not interested.

it goes on for a second before Newt finally just blurts out he's asexual, and quite clearly, not interested. by some strike of fate, they know what that means, and proceeds to be a total ass about it with all the general shit aces hear (if you don't know you can really easily google it) while still trying to take him to bed and newt just...

tears into him.

in his polite way, of course. though all that means at this point is not calling them a fucking asshole, but that's gotta count for something, right? and he's totally sure of what he's saying, no stuttering even, just quiet fury.

bonus if what sets him off is something along the lines of "i'm sure i could fix that right up." (referring to the lack of sexual interest)
and newt just fucking goes "I'm not broken, thank you very fucking much"
2x bonus if whoever he's with is in quiet shock for a second because newt only talks like that when someone's being a real ass about his creatures.
3x bonus if said person is graves

Post-movie, Tina's in charge of an investigation on a wizarding crime ring that involves magical beasts - maybe they're smugglers, or maybe they're Grindelwald supporters using them in terrorism somehow. It culminates in a struggle at the criminals' base of operations, where they attempt to use a hostage as leverage.

Turns out, the hostage is Newt.

He had been after the same group, trying to rescue the creatures they were abusing, but they were able to get the upper hand and capture him. So now this is suddenly very, very personal for Tina, but she has to keep a level head and rely on her Auror training if she wants to get them both out of this alive.

Everyone (esp his squad) is pretty much in love with Newt because they find his awkward behavior and shyness endearing and the fact that he doesnt realize how hot he is makes him more attractive. Naturally, he doesnt notice, instead thinking hes annoying.

Graves doesn't know this when he begins pursuing a physical relationship with Credence. The witch he'd had a one-night-stand with all those years ago had never contacted him again, certainly never told him she was pregnant.

/Grindelwald/, on the other hand, DOES know. And while he's wearing Graves' face he at some point reveals it to Credence in the most horrific way possible. Probably tortures Graves with it too while he's being held captive.

What would be especially interesting would be to see how the real Graves and Credence deal with each other post Grindelwald's capture. The both of them trying so hard to act like a proper father and son should but just under the surface they're both drowning in how desperately they still want each other. How long before the dam breaks?

In a wizarding world with ABO wolf shifting, Percival is an alpha who can turn into a gorgeous black wolf. One night, after a particularly bad day, he decides to go to the forests at the outskirts of New York City for a run to work off some steam. He transforms and runs through the wintry forrest. When he stops for a drink at a partially frozen stream he is stunned when not one, but two gorgeous omega wolves suddenly materialize when he looks up from his drinking. One is an almost golden auburn colored wolf with bright, inquisitive eyes, while the other is a beautiful thin gray wolf with a pale face and slightly sad dark eyes. Before Percival can fully understand what's going the two wolves each nuzzle him and rumble, setting off the instincts in all of them. By nuzzling him, the omegas have declared their intent to be his mates, now it's Percival's turn to test them. He sets off in a break-neck run and the omega's give chase. Percival is fast and doesn't make it easy, but both of the omegas are relentless young things. The omega's team up and surprisingly it's the gray wolf who catches up to Percival and trips him up enough for the omega's to catch him. They spend the night together and come morning Percival finds himself with two gorgeous mates by the name of Newt Scamander and Credence Barebone. Enjoy the chaos.

When Queenie and Jacob break into Graves' office, her legilimency leads her to finding the real Graves, who is being kept in a chest under the desk. They rescue him along with Newt, Tina, and the case full of creatures.

The combined efforts of Tina and Real!Graves are enough to talk Credence down from his Obscurial form. However, MACUSA still wants to arrest him, and Grindle!Graves doesn't blow his own cover, accusing real!Graves of being an imposter. Newt, Tina, Queenie, Jacob, Graves and Credence have no choice but to run away together.

The fugitives travel back to London to get help from Dumbledore. Along the way, Graves and Credence both confront the trauma of being used by Grindelwald.
