One day, Graves comes home to a package waiting at his apartment door. He opens it without thinking and finds... a dildo. Super awkward, right? Even more awkward is that when he checks the box, it's addressed to his neighbor. Double super awkward. He hastily retapes the box and just launches it at his neighbor's door.

Crisis motherfucking averted.

Except now he's imagining his neighbor -- sweet, freckled, curly haired Newt, who stutters and can't maintain eye contact, who is brutally shy but also viciously clever -- fucking himself with the dildo. And it's an image he can't quite get over. He's imagining blushing and gasping and whining and possibly crying. And he wants to know if the real thing comes anywhere close to his fantasies.

(I kind of imagine that the dildo was a joke gift from Queenie -- Tina doesn't strike me as the type -- but if anon has a better idea/plot device, I'm good with it.)

Percival Graves is related to an individual in another fandom - their bad-ass uncle, great-uncle, grandfather, etc. He's actually on very good terms with said relative.

The books and movies have sidestepped addressing how and if religion fits into this 'verse - but Tina and Queenie are canonically Jewish. So what does that mean within the HP 'verse?

Would love to see something exploring this - maybe Queenie instructing Jacob in baking traditional Jewish foods, maybe the girls celebrating their first passover alone after being orphaned, maybe something to do with the tradition of the Prague golem, whatever - just something that enriches the worldbuilding.

Something set before her fall from grace (or even the story OF said fall from grace - which surely must have happened under the gaze of/with the manipulative assistance of Grindelgraves) which shows Tina being competent and incisive and badass in dealing with magical crime.

Percival is found alive and surprisingly not as injured as everyone thought he would be. He recovers from the injuries he does have and gets right back to work. He's more of a hardass that before with his confidence in himself and in MACUSA somewhat battered. During a mission to stop some rogue wizards and witches from killing no-majs, Percival and everyone else are stunned when Percival takes the Cruciatus and other curses dead on and doesn't feel a thing, he just keeps fighting. He realizes that the prolonged torture he suffered at Grindelwald's hands has toughened him up and made him uniquely impervious to certain spells that would have normally knocked others to their knees.

This causes Percival to become even more legendary and revered, but it gets really lonely when, besides Madam President, Tina, and Queenie, everyone else is too wary to even approach him or look him in the eye. Percival finds himself feeling even more isolated. Then Newt returns to New York with his book and his case of creatures. Upon meeting the man responsible for unmasking Grindelwald and helping in his own rescue, Percival can't help but feel drawn towards Newt despite his various violations of the law. Percival keeps his distance though, thinking he should stay away. What he doesn't know is that Newt is absolutely smitten with Percival at first sight, and is now determined to win his heart. He'll break through the walls the Director or Magical Security has put up, and he'll have the aid of Tina, Queenie, even Madam President, and a case full of magical creatures along the way.

Queenie's a legilimens - odds are good she could spot that there's something different about Graves, right?

So right after he's pulled the switch, she brings him his morning tea or a letter or something, and she immediately twigs there's something wrong. But he realises he's been busted and pulls his wand on her. Cue torturously hot noncon desk fucking sequence, with Queenie's french knickers round her ankles and the smooth curve of skin at the top of her stockings exposed as he bends her over Graves's desk and fucks her like a pile driver, pounding her pussy before driving into her ass as she sobs, her mind full of images of all that he's done and plans to do, until he finally cums gasping Albus's name - then obliviating her and sending her out of the room with a slap on the butt and her knickers in his pocket.

Points if this has already happened half a dozen times before, and he's already contemplating how he's going to do it next time - maybe up against the wall, or having her blow him under the desk...

Newt and Jacob or whoever are bickering scientists - they're the entire Kaiju Science Team left at the Shatterdome. Newt is suspiciously fond of his creatures, and insists that there must be a way to communicate with them and make peace. Goldstein sisters are Drift compatible; Seraphina runs the Shatterdome; Graves is a badass older Jaeger pilot who lost his partner in action, but they're bringing him back in and he finds himself drift-compatible with this scrappy, damaged kid called Credence...

Jacob plays the game and accidentally frees Newt, who's been trapped in this world with mysterious fantastical beasts for a decade or something.

So maybe this is what got him expelled from Hogwarts: Leda convinced teenage!Newt to help her woo a unicorn late at night in the forbidden forest - she said she wanted some of its hair for a spell, or something. And he was madly besotted with her, so he said yes. Only she didn't tell him all the truth - because it's actually unicorn semen she needed. And they will only approach virgins - which 15 year old Leda isn't, but 15 year old Newt emphatically is. So she has him tied bare-assed to the back of this old mossy statue of a unicorn which was designed for this purpose by some nefarious ancient wizards, with his back arched and his thighs splayed, and he's really starting to regret his life choices as the fire whiskey wears off, but she promised it was just to summon the unicorn and obviously she wasn't ACTUALLY going to let it fuck him. Only she's trailing her fingers over his goosefleshed thighs and muttering about how pretty he is, and how she should have brought a camera, and then she does some kind of lubrication spell and suddenly his asshole is all slippery, and then he hears hoofbeats...

Points if more than one unicorn shows up to fuck him - maybe a foal and a stallion.
Points if it was Newt who told Leda about the unicorns in the first place, thinking she'd just be as delighted by their existence as he was, and he's already connected with them in a nonsexy way, and he's begging the foal not to do it.
Points if Leda gets off watching it, and DOES take photos.
Points if it's Theseus who discovers his little brother getting fucked by a unicorn and saves the day.

Percival is back at work and outwardly he seems fine, still the strict and stoic boss everyone knows. Newt returns to New York and while he's waiting for Tina at MACUSA to be properly introduced to Percival, the Niffler or Pickett runs off to some secluded area. It's while Newt is scrambling after his runaway friend that he happens to hear someone quietly crying. To Newt's shock, and then deep concern, when he finds the source of the weeping it is none other than Percival, the real Percival.

Newt being his empathetic self asks Percival what's wrong and comes closer. Percival wants to pull himself together, but he just can't. So, with tears still streaming down his face, he reveals to Newt that just that morning, while he was going through his house, he finally found either his missing house elf or his beloved pet long dead and decayed. Turns out Grindelwald in his infinite cruelty had locked the elf or animal away and let the poor thing starve to death. Percival says he buried his friend in the garden just hours earlier with a heart made of stone, and he had come to work just fine only now he just can't stop seeing the state of his friend and falling apart. Newt can't bare to see such pain and simply throws himself around Percival in a rib bending hug. Somewhere along the way the Niffler or Pickett comes and joins in, offering Percival comfort. It's when he sees Percival tenderly shower some affection back at the Niffler or Pickett that he falls head over heels and also introduced himself to the real Percival Graves.

O.o I swear it's like each chapter is better than the last! How are you doing this! That bit with the oven, and GrindelGraves is just like no, don't even think about it Newt.

I love how there are all these subtle hints of how there's just something not quite right, like the choker vines of Grindelwald's magic around Newts. It brings something almost disturbing into the mix.

And on Grindelwald's part, this intense greed he feels, enhanced by the thought that he wouldn't ever have the connection that soulmates have, and somehow managing to stumble upon it, in a twisted way.

This is truly an exceptional work, and I'm definitely looking forward to more! How will Newt's creatures react? Will they sense something off? What about Grindelwald, will he see the Obscurus Newt has? What about his other plans? So many questions!

A Yule Ball is being held at Hogwarts. MACUSA'S best aurora is invited, and can't resist asking the transfiguration's professor to dance. Albus cold never resist boldness, let alone anyone who looks so good in a suit.

ANY gets doused with some kind of pheromone or whatever from one of Newt's creatures. No holds barred rough, urgent, frantic fucking which is kinda noncon but they can't help themselves - you know the drill, people.

I saw a prompt about mirrors, and because I'm a Trekkie read it as Mirror Universe and... Now I want that.

Just think, you could have THREE characters that look like Colin Farrell. Two could be evil! One could have facial hair! I'm just saying.

Grindelwald (as Graves) thinks Credence is lying to him about something to do with the child, maybe trying to protect one of his sisters.

So he slips some veritaserum into Credence's drink (during the infamous diner scene?) and questions him, only to find that Credence had been telling the truth.

But Credence is still under the effects of the potion, and Grindelwald is feeling devious, so he begins questioning Credence about a bunch of kinky stuff, what he fantasizes about, how often he thinks about touching himself--how often he gives in and does it, how badly he wants Mr. Graves to touch him, etc. etc.

Newt = Croaker. Unless it's totally a fusion, in which case I need to see Newt and Croaker reading each other's literary masterpieces and snarking.

Percival Graves does not wear his heart on his sleeve. For those who don’t know him very well he might come across as stoic, grumpy and intimidating. Considering his position as Director of Magical Security this suits him very well. However, he is very protective of the few people who manage to get past his gruff exterior and become something like valued colleagues or even – Merlin forbid – friends.

Long story short: 5 times Percival Graves protected a colleague/friend he cared about and 1 time they protect him.

Does not need to be shippy, but if you want to go this route I wouldn’t mind some Tina/Percival. (And with “wouldn’t mind” I obviously mean that I need more of that in my life – desperately!)

Credence has a very differemtly abusive family background - they're drunks, druggies, whatever, and there's no money for food for him or his sisters - so he's started selling his body to feed modesty and chastity. (Can be wizard world in the 20s, modern nonmagical AU, whatever)

Graves is a senior cop who finds twink!hooker!Credence near the scene of a crime and questions him, but the whole time Credence is flirting like hell - but Credence has never had sex where the other party actually cares about getting him off, and he's this odd mix of innocent and jaded, and it's kind of killing Graves, who wants to both save him and fuck him up against a wall.

Real Graves is found alive, but he is really not well. Captivity and torture broke him - think something similar like prolonged exposure to Cruciatius like Longbottoms - and he is not really in any state to be left on his own, let alone go back to work. Maybe he is barely responsive, maybe he is mentally unstable, your choice. Healers really don't know how to help him and since attitude to mental illness isn't that good, some caregivers mistreat him or at the very least neglect him. Tina, who is one of the people who visit Graves regularly notices and is having non of it. She volunteers to look after him herself.

After a while Newt comes back to New York, maybe bringing his finished book and also his case. Some of his animals escape, again, and one of them is found cozying up to Graves, who actually looks happy and is interacting with the animal. Animals help Graves to emerge from his shell and ground him in reality. So Newt takes him on the tour of his case and let him help with animals and slowly Graves gets better.

Grindelwald started making crochet in prison as way to pass the time. He keeps making socks and sending them to Dumbledore.

The only way to break through memory magic is to remove all psychological barriers and conscious thought. Newt and/or Jacob use sex for this purpose.

So there's so much shame around sex in NSPS. He isn't allowed to date yet (as if any woman would want him, Mary Lou says) he can have short, awkward conversations with girls from church in sight of an adult. But he's secretly gay. And desperately horny. And merely acknowledging that in hs own head is so scary that he starts dreaming up ways he could have sex where it would not be his own fault or someting he had to initiate.

OG Graves doesn't take the hint. Maybe Grindelwald does. Or one of the Shaw brothers just to shake things up.

Graves would find recovering from his capture much easier if his job didn't involve interacting with Grindelwald now and then, and if the man didn't act like he cared.

Note: Lima syndrome is when the captor bonds with the captive. That being said, just how much Grindelwald actually cares about Graves and how much of it is manipulation is up to filler.
