Original!Graves/Credence, A/B/O Dynamics

Because we all seem to love it: Omega!Graves and Alpha!Credence

At some point, Graves (who ISN'T Grindlewald and just got roped into taking care of Tina's No-Maj stray) goes to meet Credence and ends up going into heat during their meet-up. (Maybe someone slipped something into his coffee, maybe he got hit by a stunner the day before and it fucked up his cycle, who knows.)

Credence--shy, nervous, awkward Credence--understands that, as Omegas are so Precious and Important to society, it's his responsibility to take care of Mr. Graves while he's in such a Vulnerable state. So he convinces Graves to Apparate them both to his apartment and spends the next couple days taking care of the wizard. He draws him baths, and makes him food, and does everything he thinks he should so that Mr. Graves is comfortable... and then he goes into the living room and waits until Mr. Graves needs anything else during his heat.

It's all very frustrating for everyone involved.

Credence is frustrated because he KNOWS that he's not good enough for Mr. Graves--knows that Omegas deserve a Good Alpha or a Strong Beta or even another Nice Omega to take care of them during heats, and Credence isn't any of that, so he can't properly give Mr. Graves what he needs.

Graves is frustrated because there's an Alpha in the other room--a baby Alpha, but still--who keeps taking care of him and promising to give his everything he needs, and then FUCKING LEAVES THE ROOM WITHOUT FUCKING HIM.

Bonus points
-none of that "omegas are weak, alphas are strong, betas are leftovers" stuff that usually pops up in ABO fics (not that it isn't fun to explore a lot of the time, but I ain't feeling up to it rn)
-one of Graves' coworkers shows up after a day or two to check on him, since he didn't show up for work, and is very shocked that he has a heat partner (who looks about half his age ;D)

Or, alternatively, you could go the opposite way and have Omega!Graves in heat tryna teach baby Alpha!Credence how to mount him properly, or how to be good and stay still while Graves rides him, or how to last long enough to please him before knotting.
