Based on an earlier fill:

Aurors confiscate a strange fur coat tucked into Grindelwald's pocket - Newt, upon being asked to identify it, it absolutely over the moon. It's a selkie's coat; the creatures are /incredibly/ secretive, and this is literally the chance of a lifetime - they /must/ return the coat to it's owner, as soon as possible.

Percival Graves is a Selkie. It's not something he publicizes; there's a great deal of bias against individuals who, strictly speaking, are not quite human.
