No guarantee that it won't get away from me, but I'm working on it now and I'll do my best to pound it into submission. Also, I'll post it on AO3 but not anonymously--I'm writing fic again and rolling with it, so I want to take ALL THE CREDIT. ;)

Hah! I'm in a similar boat. I do profic as well as fan, and had this hiatus from writing generally while I was having babies (the hormones did weird stuff to me), and I've picked it back up this year but haven't been able to finish anything.

Until this meme. Bless you, fanfiction. So glad to be reminded that I can actually write a story with an ending.

And you best believe I repost them super fast on AO3 with my fannish pseud so I can roll around in comments and kudos.

NA who also loves this meme for making me want to write again. I'd only written 2 fics this year until I encountered this meme, and both of them were hell for me to write and took forever. But I've already finished 3 fics here within a month and they've only taken me a few days and been so easy to write. (That and my other fandoms are tiny and I'd forgotten what it's like to write for a fandom that actually gets traffic, haha. It's nice getting Actual Feedback.)
