So they did plan this, but that doesn't mean Credence will stop feeling guilty any time soon. I'm so glad that they escaped; it scared me when I read that Newt was practically dying the whole time. Both Credence and Newt need time to heal, away from Grindelwald. I hope MACUSA won't lay its hands on Credence and that Newt won't be affected too much by what Grindewald did to him :(

That portrait is the real Percival, isn't it? Dammit, it just hit me that if that portrait is Percival, then he had to see what Grindewald was doing to Credence and how he hurt Newt - all of that with Percival's face with Percival not knowing that Newt and Credence knows it isn't the real Percival.

Thank you - Newt has been tortured repeatedly, and that combined with lack of food wouldn't have been good for him. Both of them do need time to heal. And good spot on the portrait - Percival has been through hell watching this
