Jeez, weird late-night thoughts, yo!

So, last night I got sucked into watching lots of Colin Farrell interviews and videos and stuff and I saw a couple clips from a movie he did called "In Bruges" (in which he and Brendan Gleeson are Irish hitmen who hide out in a small town in Belgium called Bruges and a lot of shit goes down, whatever, not really important) and I ended up going to bed and having a weird half-asleep fic idea?

Percival Graves, born and raised in Dublin, is running/hiding out from the Irish mob in NYC. When a couple grunts spot him, he books it into a church and ends up hiding in one of those confession booth things. So Percival's chilling in the booth, staying quiet and hoping no one notices him, when Credence climbs into the other side and, well, remember that confessional scene from "Zorro" with Antonio Banderas and Catherine Zeta Jones? Yeah, it's like that, except he glosses over the whole "angered mother again" and confesses to "impure thoughts"...

So Percival--who's, y'know, kind of slutty, bit of a rake, ngl--he gets wayyyyy too into pretending to be a priest, listening to this... kid? young man?... confess about his, uh, fantasies and such. For instance, Credence saw a dark-haired man dart into the church while he was walking up to it and thought about getting on his knees for the handsome stranger...

Aaaaaand, basically you can go from there! I kind of imagine Percival to be kind of spoiled, very put-out and exasperated, and very much not seeing the same problem with impure thoughts for other men that Credence is.

Bonus points
-Percival, still pretending to be a priest, sorta (in his blunt, asshole-ish way) tries to be Credence's "gay thoughts" mentor, reassuring him that "Thinking about suckin' another man's cock isn't unusual, everyone thinks about it time to time, nothin' wrong with that. Just, you know, make sure you're safe about it if you decide to go for it, and make sure you cradle the balls, that's also very important"
-Very scandalized Credence getting sex tips from... a Catholic priest??
-Percival starting out faking an American accent and then losing it when he accidentally breaks character

(Also, this is a piece of the conversation my half-asleep brain came up with...

Percival: *under his breath* "For fuck's sake, you said it's been less than a week since your last confession, how many 'impure thoughts' could you have possibly had? Just take yourself in hand and deal with it like everyone else..."

Credence: "W-what??"

Percival: "Ah, uh, nothing. My child. Tell me, what kind of, um, 'impure thoughts' have you been having?"

Credence: "Well, um. M-more of the same. Thoughts about. About other men..."

Percival: *mutters* "Well at least now this is interesting..." *louder, feigning shock* "Really now? Can you, uh. Can you describe them to me, please?")

OH MY GOD I JUST STARTED WATCHING "IN BRUGES" AND THE GIRL WHO PLAYED FLEUR IS IN IT AS THE?? LOVE INTEREST MAYBE?? I'm sorry but that's kind of hilarious.
