"You know, I love me some top! seductive! manipulative! Graves, hell yes I do. BUT.

I look at that gif of Graves falling to his knees beneath Obscurus!Credence, and it also really makes me want a Graves who’s blindly, helplessly submissive to Credence’s power.

I love that there’s this power play between them in the movie. Because GrindelGraves might be manipulating Credence, but we see who’s more powerful. We see who has the final word and brings Gellert Grindelwald willingly to his knees in awe. UNF."
