Credence is used to wearing dirty and second hand clothes that barely fit him but after he meets Graves he's put in the finest clothes (even given a coat!) but after a while clothes turn into lingerie that Graves wants him to wear in front of him and show off.

Credence wearing lingerie for Graves basically.

And the lingerie, the OP is expecting women's, I'm assuming?
