Newt/Credence/Jacob, established Newt/Jacob

After the events of the movie, Jacob somehow becomes reunited with Newt and after working together wrangling and caring for magic creatures around the globe, they fall into a loving relationship. When Credence winds up at their door asking for help and guidance, Newt's nurturing side and Jacob's good nature won't let them turn him away. After several months developing his magic under Newt and bonding with Jacob over everything New York, Credence comes into his own. However, watching their loving relationship makes Credence long for something he's never had, and realize his own growing attraction toward the both of them. When Jacob and Newt realize his feelings (whether Credence tells them or they find out through other means, idc) they decide to show him the love and affection he deserves in every way they know how.

Basically virgin/unexperienced and touchstarved!Credence, first time Newt/Credence/Jacob. If you want to involve past Credence/Graves that's great, especially if Jacob/Newt help Credence acknowledge the abusive nature of that relationship while still recognizing the lingering feelings Credence might have toward him.
