If your looking for angst he could be gray ace/demi and be confused and scared BC he had never felt this way before, didn't think he ever would, doesn't for anybody else. idk...

OP here- maaaan Demi/Gray Ace would rock my soul. Newt having always thought he just wasn't romantic or sexual, having tried very hard with his friend Lestrange for years at school, both having agreed that sex was purely for procreating and the romance idea purely for those who wanted the rest- then of course she got married and had kids...

He spends the next long while off exploring the world and meeting many peoples and animals, with never a blip, often feeling more emotion for an animal in five minutes than he did for people he has known five months.

Yet within 72 hours of meeting Tina he's feeling all these.... THINGS.

He never felt this with anyone. Ever....

If someone goes this rout OP will be super duper happy!

Do you want demiromantic as well as ace!newt OP? BC that's a really great idea too, and it'd be cool to explore maybe quoiromantic!newt as well then, who can't tell what the difference is between platonic and romantic love is, thus being nervous about if his feels for Tina are actually what they seem to be, does he really want to date Tina, or just be super close? He doesn't know! Thus, angst.

And maybe Tina is confused if he admits this because How can you not tell the difference?!? and then bam you have alienated newt and accidental insensitive tina. Then you can get REALLY angsty whee newt turns himself away from Tina and hurts them both in the process and Queenie and maybe graves have to sort their shit out because its affecting everyone negatively bc Tina and newt had unknowingly become quite close. And whoops this got away from me a LOT. Sorry OP!

I love this- the second idea of the extra super angst might be a good new prompt.

Mostly I want Ace (Demi?Grey?Quoriromantic?) spectrum Newt, preferably priorly uninterested or repulsed by sex and romance, to now deal with what he can't tell is a squish or crush, but is so new and a bit offputting, and Tina's feelings for him.

Ye sorry I just get excited which Ace/are spectrum characters in general. Now I've got like eight other prompts but no one really responded to my first ace one so I'm hesitent. Either way, +20,000 to hell and back. :D

I may have some time after the holidays and before school to write- but unlikely- thus prompting instead of writing myself. I might do a few minifills as I get time tho- we shall see. :3
