Newt/Tina/Graves - Established Newtina, Graves and Tina have sex with Newt observing

So Newt kinda absently starts wondering f there was anyway to find a compromise.
And he's seen the looks Tina gives Graves, and who can blame her? And Newt knows that Tina would never do anything with Graves, even if Graves would be interested. She is happily in love with Newt, Newt is secure in that knowledge.
Except the thing is, Newt's pretty sure Graves is interested, from the appreciative looks he has given Tina when he thinks no one is watching.
And Graves seems like a good choice in mate for Tina. Strong, attractive, intelligent. And Newt's seen that look before, in wounded animals. Graves needs a good mate too. And Tina? Well, Tina is just perfect.
So, idk as a birthday present or just because? Newt brings the two together and tells them have at it.
TLDR: Ace!Newt organises for Girlfriend!Tina to have sex with Graves

******Newt and Tina basically adopt Graves into their relationship, while kinda forgetting to tell him. So they keep bringing him on dates and he's very confused as to what exactly their relationship is, while not wanting to ask in case it stops because he likes this too much
No insecure Newt worried about Graves replacing him please. Our Newt is very happy with who he is, and knows Tina loves him, and falls in love with the grumpy auror himself anyway.
