Credence/Percival Graves - My Fair Lady - magic version !

(Anonymous) 2017-11-13 08:27 pm (UTC)(link)
So, Percival meets Credence giving tracts in the cold street.
Like in the movie/play, when Credence goes to Percy's home to give back the money he was given, because it was too much, Professor Graves decides on a bet : he will have this street urchin squib pass for powerful, foreign wizard royalty at the Macusa ball, a select event with magical demonstrations. Little does he know all the power the young man possesses ... yet.
He will take him in and teach Credence to act aristocratic AND to harness his power do magic.

Graves is a demanding teacher, but not unkind and not as insensitive as Prof Higgins. Credence jumps at the opportunity to escape MaryLou.
They fall in love in the process, of course.

After all, the lyrics for "Wouldn't it be Loverly" fit Credence so well !

Lost - for wizards. Graves/Newt, Queenie/JAcob pos Newt/Grindlewald

(Anonymous) 2017-11-23 06:15 pm (UTC)(link)
Newt. Graves. Tina. Queenie. Jacob. Grindlewald. Creedence. Seraphina. Leta. Theseus

Ten people. Some strangers, some related. Fate or chance has bound them together, trapped on a mystical island with only their magic, wits and each other for survival. None of them know how they got here or why they remain, only that escape thus far has proved impossible, magic or no.

As the days turn to weeks and drift into months they are forced to face the possibility of neither escape nor rescue, a humiliating prospect for some of the most powerful wizards of their age. Co-dependancy seems the only way forward, but is that even possible when one of the group is the most sadistic (and charming) Dark Wizard known and another is a mentally unstable teen with potentially unlimited and untrained magic. Throw in a mind-reader, a magizoologist, an Auror who obeys all the rules, an Auror who breaks them all, a girl form one of the darkest wizard families of all time, a Muggle baker with unrivalled diplomacy skills, a head of wizard security, and his boss…it’s an impossible mix, and working together was never going to last long. Of course that also doesn’t stop friendships and romances forming in some of the most unlikely places and the most testing of times.

But apparently someone...or something has an agenda that no one notices until it’s too late

Newt/Graves, Queenie/Jacob

Pure and simple truth - Scamander, Newt/Male

(Anonymous) 2017-11-23 06:32 pm (UTC)(link)
The day Percival Graves finally handed his husband Newt divorce papers should've been the worst of their lives. Newt should've shouted and cried, got furious, demanded things, been vindictive – after all isn't that what cheating bastards do? But Newt signed the forms without a word, never contested anything, never asked for anything, or took anything aside from his creatures, hell even his clothes were left behind. Percival should've been happy Newt hadn't made a scene but it only unsettled him. How had the man who he'd loved so desperately, who'd broken his heart just so quietly left?

For almost a year the question gnawed at him, as he buried himself in work and drink until finally forced into a rather brutal intervention from Seraphina and other…friends. Months later, things seem very different to a finally sober Percival. He needs answers, answers that only Newt can provide. But after finally locating his ex husband, to his surprise Newt is back England, at his family home, leading a quiet life and apparently still single. But when he tries to get info out of Newt, understand why Newt cheated on him, with one of his friend no less, he's met with stony silences. It shouldn't matter, they're finished, so why can't Newt just why- he already admitted to cheating after all, and all Percival wants is the truth, the reason why Percival spent the last year in a drunken haze because Newt felt the need to betray their marriage vows. But with Newt not giving any answers and Newt's friends and family all giving him the cold shoulder, and some well placed threats from Theseus.

Percival has to dig around, delving back into their marriage, but as new things come to light, things that Percival doesn't want to face, will he be able to handle the truth once he finds out?

He always thought nothing could hurt worse than Newt cheating on him, but Percival should be careful what he wishes for, because the truth turns out much, much worse, and could destroy both him and Newt.

Because as the estimable Mr Oscar Wilde said: the pure and simple truth - is rarely pure and never simple…

Can be wizard or normal. Mpreg if desired is welcome.

Daemon world - Newt/Graves

(Anonymous) 2017-11-23 06:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Welcome to a parallel world, so similar yet different to ours. For in this world, we have Daemons – the physical manifestation of our very souls in animal form, our lifelong companion. If one dies, so does the other, for no soul can live without a body, and a body without a soul…well there are whispered tales of what happens then. Whispers that can cause a person to…disappear if spoken too loudly.

Newt Scamander has always been immensely curious about those tales, along with just about everything else, something his Daemon Leta meets with a long suffering sigh. Newt knows his insatiable curiosity and love of all creatures, dangerous or not, doesn't make it easy for either of them. He always wants to know, to understand things, making him different in a world that teaches him he should be quiet and not question. Rules are made to be followed, and questions only lead to trouble.

On his family estate, everything is carefully regulated, well ordered and lonely. Mostly ignored by his parents, overshadowed by his popular brother Theseus. Newt’s only real comfort comes from his creatures, and his secret trips to the local town. Until he meets new arrival Creedence who becomes Newt’s first real friend, until he suddenly disappears – all traces of him gone, as if he never existed, but Newt instinct tells him there is more to the story, and it all points to the Forbidden Forrest, one place no one goes but Newt along with Leta is drawn there. Enlisting help from sisters Tina and Queenie, they along with wrong-place, wrong-time Jacob find themselves in the mix of a very dark and complex mistery that is deeper than Creedence and Newt will find his love of a lifetime in the complex and stoic Percival Graves.

But that comes at the terrible cost of piquing the interest the darkest wizard of all time, Grindlewald…something that no one should ever do…

Daemons and wizards.

(Anonymous) 2017-11-23 06:51 pm (UTC)(link)
All wizards have Daemons. Muggles/NoMaj's do not.

It is thanks to this, and Newt's unique abilities with all creatures, including Daemons that he pieced together that Grindlewald was posing as Graves, because of his Daemon, because it felt so...off.

It was only when 'Graves' was interrogating Newt, when he truly saw Graves and his Daemon together that all the pieces fell into place, that Newt could see, so plainly what others could not.

Newt/Graves please.

Newt/Graves Newt pregnant with Grindlewald's baby (non-con)

(Anonymous) 2017-11-23 07:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Newt is finally pregnant after years of miscarriages. This time there are no celebrations from friends and family. Percival and Newt should've been joyful and ecstatic.

But it's horrific, terrifying and heartbreaking. Neither ever wanted it to happen this way. It should have never happened this way. The baby is Grindlewald's and Newt isn't sure he can survive this. Percival makes it his mission to ensure Newt does, because no matter what happens, Percival will stand by Newt's side.

N.B. I'm looking for a realistic look of babies conceived of rape and what happens next - the author can go in whatever direction they like. No sugar-coating please. Babies, especially those conceived in rape and violence don't suddenly make everything perfect and OK. I don't want this to be a solely pro-life/pro-choice vehicle where there is no debate/ discussion about Newt's choices (and ultimately it is NEwt's choice) and the idea that babies are all miracles. For some people they are not. Some rape survivors can deal with having the baby, some can't - that's what I'd like shown. I just want a sympathetic portrayal of the situation, choices and route Newt chooses.

Graves/Newt, Graves saves Pickett, Newt could kiss him, Pickett ends up as a matchmaker

(Anonymous) 2017-11-24 04:20 pm (UTC)(link)
No!Grindelwald-posing-as-Graves AU

What a silly prompt but what can I say, I love Graves/Newt and that adorable Bowtruckle.

Let's just say the whole scene where Pickett is handed to Gnarlak happens but Newt then fails to get him back and the goblin disappears. Later (maybe after the whole Obscuros mess?) MACUSA is doing some investigation about Gnarlak's criminal activities and end up confiscating Pickett.
Graves isn't actually half-bad with animals, knows there's no reason to lock up the poor Bowtruckle (who seems to have some emotional issues) and rather keeps him around while deciding follow-up actions.
Then Graves ends up getting in contact with Newt. Maybe he wanted to consult a creature expert (while having no idea Newt is already familiar with this one in particular) or for some other reason (business with Tina but Newt tacked along).

Thanks to this unexpected reunion Newt could just freaking kiss Graves! (Maybe he does.) Because he's been driving himself mad with self-hate and worry about the whole incident.

+ Non!established relationship
+ Pickett doesn't immediately forgive Newt and demonstrates his mood by latching onto a "new tree" called Graves (much to Grave's chagrin). This causes Newt and Graves to spend some unplanned time together.

Newt/Tina Newt goes missing

[personal profile] cosmonic 2017-12-10 05:11 pm (UTC)(link)
Newt returns to England to give a copy of his book to a certain pen-pal.
Since this was a surprise visit, nobody would notice if he disappeared.
Which he did.

Or- Newt returns to England to surprise Tina, but when he was attacked by a group of wizards and knocked out, nobody notices.
But when Newt stops answering Tina's letters, what will she do?

Queenie/Credence - dubcon, breastfeeding kink, humiliation

(Anonymous) 2017-12-11 04:09 am (UTC)(link)
Please somebody write me Queenie taking care of Credence in a very specific way. She tells him awful stuff and degrades him but she knows he likes it because, of course, she can read his mind. And sometimes Credence doesn’t want anything but to be told he should eat her out and do it well.
Bonus if once he’s unsure or confused but Queenie is too into it to stop.

Graves/Credence, Graves reluctantly educates Credence, one-sided, dub-con

(Anonymous) 2017-12-11 03:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Real!Graves

Credence's desire to please and gain intimate contact has caused him to seek more from Graves. Graves' feelings are more paternal. Anything sexual, he feels like a dirty old man taking advantage of a seriously damaged person. Because does Credence really even know what he's asking/feeling? Is it just him desiring any sort of closeness he can get? Is he really in love at all like he thinks he is?

Graves would like Credence to have his first sexual experience with someone of the similar age, who truly love each other without the emotional baggage. However, he's also afraid that Credence could easily be used and manipulated. Sex should be equally enjoyable. Not just about the pleasure of one over the other. And there's so much Credence doesn't know about, so much the future partner wouldn't know about.

So, Graves decides that the safest way to educate Credence and ensure he doesn't get hurt is to give in and do it himself... although he feels disgusted with himself as well. Thus he's inadvertently doing to HIMSELF what he wants to save Credence from: having sex out of some sort of "obligation", not because he would really desire it.

Conclusion is open for the potential filler. Does it stay one-sided? Is Credence really in love with Graves? Does Credence find out what Graves actually did?

Graves/Credence, Graves kidnaps Credence

(Anonymous) 2017-12-28 06:27 pm (UTC)(link)
Real!Percival Graves has had enough. Comforting the boy, giving him hope... only to send him back to that hellhole created by his "Ma". Rinse and repeat. But Credence always insists to go back and Graves doesn't have the authority to deal with it legally (orders/Credence really is a no-maj/something).
So fuck it! Let's kidnap the boy for his own good. Too bad Mary Lou has meddled with Credence's mindset so severely that the boy really doesn't take it too well. At first at least. So this prompt is basically: Graves having good intentions while also managing to scare the crap out of Credence.

- No non-con/dub-con. While the situation is dubious, if/when they jump to bed it's all safe, sane and consensual. Graves is restraining Credence against his will but he doesn't take advantage sexually and his motivation for kidnapping him is not one of "making him mine".
- Non!established relationship. They have not had romantic interaction before.

+ Voluntary bonus! Some extra trauma for poor Credence: this is when he also discovers Graves is a wizard! :D. Maybe Graves only discreetly healed him before or something. So now he's been kidnapped by one of those "devil-spawn" his Ma has been raving about for years.

Percival/Newt "I cheated on you" misunderstanding

(Anonymous) 2018-01-27 06:41 am (UTC)(link)
Wizard universe either canon or not: Percival and Newt are married for X years, everyone in MACUSA know about their status and are happy for them... until Newt comes to Graves' office in tears and tell him "I cheated on you" out of the blue (you can rephrase it so it's more Newtlike), and abandons his wedding ring on his husband's desk before he flees MACUSA.

Heartbreaking moment for both Percival and Newt for the first is very confused and shocked but does not believe a single of Newt's words, and for the second was tricked into believing that "rape equals consensual relationship, so cheating" (you can use anything to justify the rape).

Bonus:
-One of Percival's co-workers is the mob (for whatever reason, I expect jealousy?).
-The others begin to have doubts about Newt and pressure Percival to break up for good (but the latter is stubborn and believes in Newt).
-Goldsteins sisters + Jacob are Newt's supporters.
-Theseus comes to MACUSA to help Percival in discovering the mob.

I would really like this fanfiction to be as long as possible considering there'll be kind of an investigation scene and of course really well written! I know I am demanding... sorry about that...

Newt/Graves, Scamander-Graves twins, family lessons

(Anonymous) 2018-01-30 04:12 am (UTC)(link)
The Scamander-Graves twins are utterly baffled and unimpressed when they are set an assignment to research their family history.

Everyone at Hogwarts knows their family history, anyone can read about it. The twins not to mention all of wizarding society knows the story of Newt Scamander and Percival Graves getting together, falling in love as they helped defeat Grindlewald. They were hailed as war heroes, married and had a bunch of kids and are still disgustingly in love. The story’s old. What’s left to tell?

More than they thought apparently, when it turns out the official wizarding records aren’t wholly…accurate. Things become even more puzzling, and troubling when they return home and find some hidden family documents, not just hidden, but magically hidden, and seemingly magically altered, including their birth certificate. Most of it is normal; Newt is their birth father, but…something is wrong…been changed with the strongest magic wards protecting it.

Why would their parents ward their birth certificate and other family documents? A simple spell should fix things but only makes it worse, when one word slowly immerges.

Grindlewald.

N.B. Feel free to choose the twins names and genders! MPreg welcome.

Graves/Newt, Newt/Grindlewald, arranged marriage, Newt wants out

(Anonymous) 2018-01-30 04:19 am (UTC)(link)
When Newt reluctantly agreed to an arranged marriage at age 18, with industrial magnet Gellert Grindlewald, he thought he could handle it. His parents, and Gellert’s both wanted the marriage, and Gellert made it clear that he wanted Newt. Newt himself had had a crush on Gellert for years, so there shouldn’t have been a problem. All Newt had to do was play the loving and devoted husband in public, which Newt does to a T. The problem is, the marriage isn’t really real. Gellert made it clear he would be taking other lovers (discreetly of course) and Newt was free to do so as well.

But Newt never wanted anyone like he wanted Gellert, so had never taken a lover, and is finding it increasingly difficult to cope with Gellert’s lovers and hates his own lingering feelings for his husband, made even worse when they sleep together, because Gellert might take lovers but he’s not blind to his husband’s considerable ‘charms’ either. Divorce is out of the question due to their pre-nup so Newt is stuck.
Until Newt meets Percival Graves – Gellert’s new business associate, who Gellert is desperate to do business with. Percival is a full-on Irish Gentleman, with looks, charisma and charm to spare and even Gellert isn’t oblivious to the sparks between them. In all the years they have been together, Newt has never once strayed from his marriage, never been tempted, much to Gellert’s surprise, but Percival is so different to anyone Newt has ever met. Percival is instantly captivated by Newt, and even if he doesn’t understand or technically approve of the ‘open marriage’ he isn’t going to waste time getting to know Newt.
The pair form an almost instant bond, and flirting soon turns into something much deeper and permanent. When they finally sleep together, something changes, Newt is completely in love with Percival, and Percival feels the same. Newt finds it increasingly difficult to be by Gellert’s side, although Gellert’s lovers no longer bother him, and feels torn between his duties and his love for Percival.

Percival wants him to leave Gellert, but the marriage contract is iron-clad and now that Gellert realises it’s not just lust or infatuation on Newt’s part, he wonders if he’s been a fool to let Percival meet Newt, not to mention Gellert has grown fond of Newt and finds it more difficult to deal with the knowledge Newt loves and wants Percival, not him, because maybe Gellert is finally falling for his husband…
Can be wizard or normal world.

Graves/Newt, Newt's perfect twin

(Anonymous) 2018-01-30 04:29 am (UTC)(link)
When Newt receives a call telling him his twin brother Theodore is dead, Newt is devastated. He and Theseus haven’t spoken for three years and haven’t seen each other for four, but Theseus is...was still his twin, his best friend.

For the last three years, Newt has been desperately trying to put his life back together after it spiralled out of control after a deep betrayal, and he’s struggling to build some semblance of a life. Newt makes his way to his brother’s home where he meets the one person he’s been dreading, Percival Graves. Theseus’s husband, and now grieving widower.

Newt has loved Percival for as long as he can remember but knew Percival never felt anything for him. Despite being identical everyone always wanted Theseus, loved him and Newt understood. He was the screw-up, the failure in the family, the one who was a walking disater. Theseus was the golden boy, everyone knew that, reminded Newt of it constantly, it’s just how it worked.

But Newt discovers not everything is how it seems. Percival doesn’t seem heartbroken by his husband’s death, in fact he seems relieved and almost...happy, which shocks Newt, not to mention Percival tries to spend as much time as possible with Newt, which for Newt is both torture and heaven, because Percival is still the kindest, more amazing person he’s ever known and he feels terrible for being in love with his twin’s husband but he knows Percival world never even look at him like that, and wonders how much he sees Theseus when he looks at Newt. People have spent Newt’s whole life doing that.

Newt is finding it hard to deal with being out from his twin’s shadow, but Percival seems determined to help and as Newt discovers everything about his brother life was a lie, nothing but smoke and mirrors, including his marriage. Theseus’s life was way more screwed up than Newt’s.

And then there’s another bombshell. Theseus isn’t exactly…dead.

Graves/Newt, Graves kidnaps Newt for revenge...it goes wrong

[personal profile] imogen_lily 2018-01-30 04:44 am (UTC)(link)
After hardworking businessman Percival Graves lost his house and savings to the powerful and unscrupulous businessman Mr Scamander, Percival is burning for revenge. He finds it in the form of Scamander son, Newt kidnaps Newt, and issues a random, saying they will kill Newt unless their demands are met.

The ransom is intended to pay back all those who Mr Scamander stole from, and Percival feels morally justified. But things don’t turn out to be as simple.

Percival assumes Newt will be a spoilt brat, scheming and unscrupulous – every bit as bad as his father. Instead Newt is quiet, clumsy and almost painfully shy. When Percival intends to humiliate Newt before handing him back to his father but quickly realises Newt has already been damaged, much worse than he could ever do.
The marks…scars on his back, legs and…elsewhere are testament to that. Percival is horrified, and feels terrible at adding to Newt’s trauma.
To make things more complicated, Percival has already begun to fall for his captive and Newt begins to open up to him, especially when Percival friends Queenie and Tina are brought in to help. Slowly, Newt begins to trust them all, to learn to be loved and cared for, and he is never far from Percival’s side, and though this horrible circumstance, some good might come from it.

Trouble appears when Scamander makes it clear not only he’ll refuse the ransom, but if Graves doesn’t kill Newt, he will if his son is returned. It turns out Newt has an older brother, Theseus, who has been away but adores Newt and is determined to rescue Newt from his kidnapper and worse, take him home, unaware of the truth, and unwilling to listen to Percival.

Can be wizarding world or normal

Graves/Newt, Newt/Grindle, Newt kidnapped and given love potion

[personal profile] imogen_lily 2018-01-30 04:55 am (UTC)(link)
During the war and fighting Grindlewald, things were chaotic, any sense of normality was flung out the window. The war against Grindlewald was becoming all consuming for those who fought against him.

Which gave Grindlewald all the advantage he needed to kidnap one Newt Scamander right under their noses. Grindlewald wants the magizoolist talents to woo powerful creatures, but he also wants Newt himself.

He know the young wizard will never be his willingly. He's too devoted to the light, uninterested in power and is already deeply in love with Percival Graves. The fact it is Graves's lover he has taken only makes it sweeter. What better way to destroy his enemy than his lover, his partner forced under a love spell to love his greatest enemy? For Grindlewald it's what you might call a win-win. For Percival and NEwt it's hell on earth.

NEwt/Graves, THeseus arranges a marriage

(Anonymous) 2018-01-30 05:33 am (UTC)(link)
In order to protect Newt from fortune hunters and dark wizards, Theseus arranges for NEwt to marry PErcival Graves, an American wizard and an old friend of his.

Graves isn't an obvious choice. HE's older than Newt, serious, by-the-book and seemingly a confirmed batchelor. Neither he or Newt are sure about marring a stranger, but Theseus as Newt's guardian, and calling on an old debt from PErcival, insists. So they marry.

BUt how will they cope with the realities of being married, juggling their jobs and getting to know each other in a world where pure-blood marriages are seen as business, love is rare and trust is rarer.

MPreg welcome if desired. Alpha/Omega also welcome (if so, please only omega!Newt, Alpha!Graves please)

Newt/Graves, Newt framed for crime

(Anonymous) 2018-01-30 05:44 am (UTC)(link)
In the midst of hunting Grindlewald, Newt is framed for a serious dark wizarding crime by the Lestranges, it seems a hopeless situation. Few believe Newt's guilt but cannot prove it. The Lestranges have planned it too well and too carefully, they have too much power. Not even Theseus can help him.

Until Percival Graves appears. He's never fogotten Newt helping him and is determined to repay his 'debt' and get NEwt free. But what starts as a debt, soon becomes much more complicated when Newt and Graves fall deeply in love, and the Lestranges have a certain very powerful ally who has a vendetta against Newt and Graves

Newt/Graves, Newt abused at Hogwarts

(Anonymous) 2018-01-30 09:48 am (UTC)(link)
When Newt and Theseus, plus spouses/partners are invited to a Hogwarts reunion, Percival is keen to visit Hogwarts, even if his boyfriend was expelled.

Newt is much less keen. In fact refuses to go point blank and refuses to talk about it with Percival. Puzzled, Percival talks to Theseus abou Newt's time at Hogwarts, and the reason for his expulsion. Theseus refuses to talk about it either and after some digging, and slightly abusing his authority to access 'private' infomation Percival understands why.

Newt was expelled after accusing a male professor of sexually assaulting him for months. There was no investigation merely a hushed up transcript of the confrontation with Newt, the professor, the headmaster and Theseus. The professor is still at Hogwarts, but from the sound of it hasn't exactly been leaving Newt alone since his expulsion.

Percival is determined to bring down Newt's abuser, even if he has to bring down Hogwarts to do it.

Gen or Newt/Original!Graves; PTSD 4+ years after movie, "I'm not made of glass!"

(Anonymous) 2018-02-03 10:37 pm (UTC)(link)
So, I have been living with PTSD for several years now, and can mostly manage my symptoms well, but sometimes (very rarely at this point) they get a little overwhelming and I have a bad day that I can get through fairly easily.

My family, on the other hand, panics at the slightest hint that something might be difficult or off for me. They'll bombard me with feel-good messages and 'helpful' suggestions or even, as happened yesterday, contact my psychiatrist behind my back. My psychiatrist, however, knows to just check in with me and then give me some breathing space.

I'd like to see a fic where, at least 4 years post-movie, Original!Graves is doing well over all, but just has a bad day and all of his co-workers or family fall over themselves trying to be helpful. He gets so frustrated with how *unhelpful* it all is when he just wants someone to treat him like he's as competent as he is that he snaps at someone that he's "not made of glass!"

I'd prefer that if you go the Newt/Graves route, that Newt be the one person who treats him normally but does little things to make a bad day more bearable.

BAMF!Newt is done with overprotective aurors

(Anonymous) 2018-02-16 07:54 am (UTC)(link)
Newt isn’t confrontational, or good with people and much prefers the company of his creatures. As such, he understands why the MACUSA aurors mah be under the impression that he can’t look after himself, especially considering he has a tendency to forget to eat/sleep/etc upon occasion.
It is, however, getting rather patronising.
Eventually, Newt snaps, and explains very politely, in no uncertain terms, that he is an accomplished magi-zoologist, who has rescued ridiculously dangerous creatures, a lot of the time from even more dangerous humans. He has travelled across all six continents, alone and has managed to get himself out of trouble every single time. He has a nundu in his case and is fully capable of dealing with any issues that arise from that. He was instrumental in revealing Grindelwald. He does NOT need to be treated like a little kid who can’t cross a road without someone holding his hand.

Bonus: Percival Graves never forgot this. He also finds Newt telling off his aurors unfairly hot.

Percival Graves' Brother?

[personal profile] elizabeth_cormac 2018-02-18 12:42 am (UTC)(link)
Do we actually know anything about Percival's family? His immediate relatives?
What if Percival had a identical twin brother?
Run with it!

Newt/Anyone, Anyone/Anyone. Dark!Newt, Emotional Manipulation, if he can’t have them

(Anonymous) 2018-03-01 10:55 am (UTC)(link)
Newt is madly in love with someone who’s already in a happy and established relationship, and decides that if that person can’t be with him at all, they won’t belong to anyone else.

Maybe Newt is using Theseus’ insecurities, Leta’s family’s reputation, and both of their egos against them. Maybe he’s letting it slip to Tina and Graves about the rumors that run around MACUSA, a few of them actually well-founded. Shit maybe he’s even using Credence’s own insecurities and naivety against him and his significant other. Doesn’t matter the ship, I just want a Dark!Newt that manipulates his surroundings to achieve his goal.

+1 if Newt is still in character. He’s awkward and shy and would die for his creatures and loved ones, but that doesn’t mean he can’t be cruel
+1 if it ends with Newt comforting the person he’s in love with, telling them that it’ll be alright, they can tell Newt EVERYTHING because he’s their friend and they can always trust him

No Grindelwald please!

Dumbledore/Newt - grooming
