Seeing as we've reached 4,000 comments in Round 1, it's time to make a new one. Same (lack of) rules apply. Gentle reminder to everyone to refrain from posting extremely long prompts, though. While no word limit will be imposed, take note that it is very unlikely for someone to fulfill your prompt if your prompt alone is already several paragraphs long and containing a number of specifications.

I really like how word of God says that homophobia just isn't a thing in the magical world. It even makes sense to me in a world building sense. People were torturing to death suspected witches and wizards for centuries, the same people were also claiming that homosexuality was evil = the wizarding world refused to agree with those people on any point.

But in muggle 1920's, that was a death sentence.

Being in WWI, Jacob would have seen guys 'helping each other out' but he would also have seen a lot of abuse, especially of shy, physically un-threatening young men like our Newt.

I would love to see a fic where Graves has been flirting with Newt for a while but they're not together yet. Things are going well though and one day Graves is leaning into Newts personal space and making the magizoologist blush then Jacob walks around the corner.

Jacob doesn't care if the Director is a wizard or not, he's not letting his friend get hurt like that. He saw what it did to some people during the war and he'll be damned before Graves does that to Newt.

Witches don't cry.

He's heard the mumble off Credence's lips, during a rumbling garble of dreamspeak.

Percival pushes himself up to an elbow and wakes the other man slowly, calling to him, whispering low reassurances over him — "it's alright, baby, s'alright, I've got you" — and holding a hand over Credence's heart.

This time, no warm tears spill off his cheeks. But in the dusty, yellow morning-light, Percival can see the shadowy, vibrating particles swirling around Credence, growing denser.

"No, don't do that — look at me," Percival encourages him, not daring to reach out again. "You're in control, Credence. Remember that."

The other man sits and leans into his hands, pressing them into the cot. He's visibly quivering. Credence twists his expression and inhales, the corners of his dark eyes going milky.

"I'm trying…" he mumbles, clearly frustrated.

Percival nods, eyeing him. "I know."

He has to admit — this is far better than the sheer panic and fear when a recovering Credence experienced his Obscurus a few months ago, nearly engulfed by his own magic.

In his rage and grief, some time ago, he became an actual wildstorm.

Nothing could stop him.

Percival thinks about it and is utter awe of Credence. How much power and magic lives inside his veins. And yet, Credence is a kind soul: he still fights shrinking against the gentlest touch; he tries to make himself smaller in crowds and around his friends.

Credence is an apocalypse housed in flesh and bone — and he loves someone like Percival.

Once the dark, morphing vapor falls away in wisps, Percival touches the side of Credence's face, smiling a little as the other man's eyelashes flutter open. No more milky-pale.

"You did beautifully."

Credence flushes hotly, narrowing his eyes but falling forward. He presses his nose into Percival's nightshirt, burrowing closer to him and winding his arms around the other man's middle.

At the nearly childish gesture, Percival chuckles, petting fingers into soft, brown locks.

"Your hair is getting long…"

Thicker.

Credence's health quickly improves after leaving a life of malnutrition and daily abuse — of course. It's a small blessing to witness that poor, thin body gaining considerable weight.

"You don't like it," Credence muffles out. He doesn't sound at all upset, but more blunt.

Percival's nose wrinkles in thought.

"It suits you, but me?" he announces, glimpsing Credence peeking up inquisitively. Percival offers another faint smile until the other man straightens up, climbing between Percival's legs. "I'm afraid I'm a bit too old-fashioned…"

"Maybe," Credence whispers, their noses brushing, lips ghosting each other.

He's like a living fire — sweltering, tempting and full of heat. Percival runs his hands upwards over Credence's bare, muscular back, so very mindful of the occasional patch of raised scars.

Credence's mouth feels wet and warm. It opens for the pressure of the sudden, moaning kiss, allowing the other man's tongue to slide within.

He's a hex — rendering Percival helpless and wanting, pulling Credence in, rutting, raptured.

The halcyon, roaring noises of Paris smothered out by a whining and sweet cry echoing in Percival's ear. Credence rocks steadily on his lap, practically bouncing, guided comfortably by the pair of hands on his hips.

"Easy, take it easy," Percival coaxes him.

He kisses his throat, biting gently on the arc of his throat. It draws softer awed noises out of Credence.

"Not this time, baby," Percival says. He snorts out a breathy laugh when Credence groans loud and disappointed, sending him a frown. He feels it melt off Credence's features with another open-mouthed, aggressive kiss.

This is the best taste on Credence's skin — soap and heavy cologne and sex, permeating Percival's senses and his immediate memory.

He remembers fondly how deep inside he could reach, pinning a grinning, pink-cheeked Credence down to the countertop and fucking him until he shivered, gasping and coming hard.

Nothing would make Percival happier than to bring him an endless life of pleasure and peace.

To make up for those lost hours and days while imprisoned by Grindelwald, for what he never could provide Credence or shield him from.

Wizarding Death Threats and Newt

There was this line in a fic I read where Newt said he was going to feed the kappas. I checked and I'm pretty sure there were actually kappas in the suitcase in those floating water bubbles. Kappas are pretty well known mythologically for drowning and eating people.

Feeding the kappas = (wizarding equivalent) feeding the fishes = death threat.

I really want a fic where Newt's been caught/confronted with someone who threatens to have him 'feed the kappas' and Newt's either 'Really? You have kappas? Aren't they just wonderful!' or if he's just honestly uncertain if they mean literally or not.

+ There are other wizarding euphemisms about dangerous magical creatures that Newt keeps taking literally too.

Graves/Newt crime lord!Graves

Percival Graves is a powerful wizard crime lord and everyone knows not to cross him, including MACUSA who are happy to look the other way for the right amount of cash.

Graves owns numerous clubs where he first spots a shy, adorkable British wizard, Newt Scamander, and Graves immediately wants him. Before Newt knows what’s happening, he finds himself as Graves’ current favourite boy-toy to fuck and show off in exchange for protecting his family/creatures/visa etc. Newt falls in love with Percival, despite being scared of the man, and assumes Percival doesn't feel the same way because they're not exclusive (on Percival’s side only of course – Graves made it chillingly clear what would happen if Newt was unfaithful), and also Newt doesn't think he's worth it. He’s convinced he’s nothing to Pervical, just one of his many toys.

When Newt discovers that he's pregnant he’s terrified of Percival's reaction, since Percival's actively and aggressively made clear that he does not want to be tied down or have children and what happens to his lovers that do wind up pregnant and try to tie him down. Newt wants to keep the child, but he still needs whatever it is that Percival is giving him. So, fearing for his own life and that of his unborn child, he saves up and hides the pregnancy as long as he can before disappearing, figuring Percival can just replace him.

What Newt didn't count on, however, was how obsessed Percival had become with him since he'd taken Newt's virginity after finding Newt all innocent and lost in a club he owned. Even though Percival doesn't know about the baby at first, he still doesn't let go of what he considers "his", and wants Newt back, no matter what. So after a few terrifying months of being on the run, Newt is found by Percival (and his men), who furiously demands that Newt get rid of the baby, not realizing that it's his child Newt is carrying. Newt freaks out and tries to explain to Percival that the child is his, that no other man has touched him and that he won't ever ask Percival for a penny, just please let him go and his child go.

Curious, Graves has some kind of powerful spell done on Newt was being truthful. Graves realises he loves Newt and wants him as his husband and father of his children (yes there WILL be more, Newt darling)

Credence with conflicting feelings about Graves? Graves after Grindelwald has seriously fucked up his mind? I'm not picky about the character, or even too fussed whether we actually see the mirror and the boggart, I just had to share this in case it sparks any plot bunnies.

Would you mind a fill that was focused more on the aftermath of a successful brainwashing (Percival helping Grindelwald escape from MACUSA custody and generally being his inside man from there on out) rather than the brainwashing itself?
